Government compliance

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR come off the same run.

The tables are built in, so every cutoff you are reading figures instead of looking up brackets.

A payslip with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax in the deductions

Both sides of every contribution

Worked out together, from the same pay.

The employee share

SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax come off the pay, each on its own line.

Your share

The employer contribution is worked out at the same time, including EC, so you know what the period really costs.

The record

Both sides sit on the payslip and inside the run, so any figure can be traced back later.

On the payslip

Each contribution is named, with its own amount.

SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG appear by name in the deductions, beside the earnings they came from. Your staff can see exactly what was taken and why.

What comes with it

The brackets are somebody else's problem now.

The tables that are in force

SSS under Circular 2024-006, PhilHealth at a five percent premium split evenly, and Pag-IBIG under HDMF Circular 460.

Floors and ceilings applied

A contribution stops climbing at the ceiling and does not fall below the floor, so a very high or very low salary is still right.

The employer share, including EC

Timekeep works out what you owe as the employer, not only what comes off your staff.

Withholding tax from the same run

The tax is worked out on the same period's pay and lands on the same payslip, not in a separate exercise.

Before you ask

Questions owners ask before they trust it.

Do I look up the brackets myself?

No. The tables ship inside Timekeep and the right bracket is picked from the pay for that period.

Does it work out my share as the employer?

Yes, alongside the employee share, and the EC contribution with it. You see the full cost of the period, not only the deductions.

What happens when a rate changes?

The tables are updated in Timekeep when a new circular takes effect. You do not maintain them in a spreadsheet of your own.

Where do the figures show?

On each payslip by name, and inside the payroll run. Your staff see their own, and you see all of them together.

Next in the flow

The contributions come off the same run as these.

Try it beside your spreadsheet.

Run one cutoff in Timekeep and compare it against the sheet you keep now. If the numbers do not match, you have lost nothing.
