Payroll
Payday takes one pass, and you check it before it is final.
Attendance goes in, the premiums and the government tables are applied, and the payslips come out.

A run has three states
You can step back from the first two.
Timekeep works out every line from the attendance you already reviewed. You read it and fix what looks wrong.
The payslips reach your staff, and they stop asking you. Unlock it and you are back in draft.
The period closes. This is the one step you cannot take back, so it waits for you.
Every peso is itemized, so nobody has to ask what was deducted.
Earnings on the left, deductions on the right. SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG appear by name, with the amount beside each one. Staff open the same payslip on their phone.

What comes with it
The awkward parts are already handled.
Government contributions
SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax come off the same run, from built-in tables.
Holiday and rest day premiums
The premium is applied from the holiday calendar and the rest day you set on the schedule.
Overtime and night hours
Hours worked past the shift, and hours worked at night, are counted from the attendance record.
Loans and recurring deductions
Cash advances, cooperative savings, and HMO come off each period until the balance is clear.
Before you ask
Questions owners ask on the first run.
Can I change my pay period?
Yes. Set semi-monthly, monthly, or weekly, with your own cutoff days and payday. Timekeep computes from the dates you choose.
Can I add a bonus or an allowance?
Yes. Add it before you finalize. It shows on the payslip as its own line, so the employee sees where it came from.
What if one figure is wrong?
Fix the attendance record or add an adjustment, then run the period again. Unlock the run first if you already locked it. Marking it paid comes last.
Can I check it against my spreadsheet?
That is what most owners do for the first two periods. Run both, compare the net pay, and keep the sheet until you trust the numbers.
Next in the flow
Payroll hands its records to these, on the same run.
Try it beside your spreadsheet.
Run one cutoff in Timekeep and compare it against the sheet you keep now. If the numbers do not match, you have lost nothing.
