Get started

Set up your business and run your first payroll, one step at a time.

Attendance

Add, correct, excuse, and recalculate attendance records.

  1. Correct an attendance recordFix clock or break times and have Timekeep work out the attendance totals again.
  2. Add a missing attendance entryRecord a clock-in, clock-out, and break when an attendance entry is missing.
  3. Excuse late time or undertimeMark recorded late or undertime minutes so they are not deducted in payroll.
  4. Recalculate attendanceUpdate attendance totals after a schedule or time-tracking setting changes.

For employees

Log in to the employee portal, clock in, and view your payslips.

  1. Log in to the employee portalOpen your employer's portal on your phone with your 6-digit PIN.
  2. Clock in and outRecord your time in, your break and your time out, at the kiosk or on your phone.
  3. View your payslipsOpen a payslip on your phone, read each part of it, and save a PDF copy.
