No. The Employee Portal is a mobile-friendly web page. Employees open it in their phone browser and log in with their PIN. No app store, no updates, no storage space needed.
How do employees get their PIN?
You assign PINs when you add employees in Timekeep. You can share it directly with each employee. They use their employee number and PIN to log in.
Can employees change or edit their own data?
No. The portal is read-only for payslips, schedules, and balances. The only action employees can take is submitting leave requests, which require your approval.
Is the portal secure?
Yes. Each portal is specific to your business and requires a valid employee number and PIN. Employees can only see their own data.
