Questions
What people ask about Pag-IBIG
What salary does Pag-IBIG use?
Use the fund salary for this employer. The calculator caps it at ₱10,000. If the employee has two or more employers, calculate each employer separately.
When does the employee rate change?
The employee rate is 1% at ₱1,500 or less. It is 2% above ₱1,500.
Does the employer rate also drop to 1%?
No. Each employer pays 2% of that employer’s capped fund salary and must not recover the employer share from the employee.
What happens above ₱10,000?
The contribution stops increasing. At ₱25,000, each share is still ₱200.00.
